@Mrleekielee It will do nothing for congestion except London Rd, Cleveland Bridge. And even here, traffic is predominantly local (88% according to Banes). And traffic will increase by 30% on A36 which is unstable. Let’s get traffic to go elsewhere. Make further improvements to the A350.

Such traffic, if on L Bristol Rd will have no benefit from a Link. If from M4, it's included in the 3% which will benefit
