Last Friday, I had the solemn privilege of mourning the passing of the late Prof Edward S. Ayensu. We gathered together in Accra to honour his legacy.

He was a distinguished scholar who dedicated his life to science and sustainable development.

The Savelugu Technology Solution Centre was commissioned to support the rice factory and provide technology support services to all factories in its catchment area. The rice farmers of the Savelugu Municipality are joint owners w/ the District Assembly and Yoo Traditional Council

Yesterday l commissioned the Common User Factory for the farmer-owners of the Savelugu municipality and its environs in the Northern region.

It was a thrilling experience as I worshipped with fellow believers at the St. Cyprians Anglican Church, Faith Gospel Church, Family Chapel International, and Calvary Charismatic Chapel (CCC) to welcome the New Year.

On Christmas day under the distinguished patronage of His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene, l went back home for the Adɛɛkɛseɛ Festival and the last Akwasidae of the year.

Akwasidae on every sixth Sunday of the year and marks the timings for agricultural activities
