PSA: there are several pokemon slots in PLZA that appear the same/similar but are different. The Pumpkaboo during the day are different from the pumpkaboo at night (size forms). The pyroar are different day/night.

These pokemon, which being the same species are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SPAWN SLOTS. They preserve the same way that Magikarp/Starmie does in WZ3.

If you have a shiny during the day and it’s gone at night, it’ll most likely be there during the day again, when its spawn returns.

They do not “swap”. You cant “change” a shiny to an alpha shiny. That is not a thing.

If you run into a new shiny pokemon and you are agro’d you cant save the game, and if day/night passed it may be lost.
