@ParaceNational We don’t have direct flights to Jeddah - we will be flying from Heathrow to Riyadh and then have a connecting flight to Jeddah but according to their website that is okay so inshallah it all goes well

@Motawif_SA I had to select a package where flight were not included and so have booked directly with @Saudi_Airlines @Saudia_Care and then this information was released. Cannot complete the visa form without knowing if booking flights directly is okay. Nobody has responded, please advise

@nisarmian89 @Motawif_SA Have you bought your tickets? I don’t know what this guidance means for us because we bought tickets direct from @Saudi_Airlines. Please can someone clarify @MoHU_En @Motawif_SA @HaramainInfo - have contacted the London embassy and they have said they cannot help

@Motawif_SA For those that had to book flights separately, when will a tour group and guide be assigned? At what point will @Motawif_SA take over? Will they arrange transportation from airport to hotel??

@hsharifain I was emailed yesterday saying my application was approved and to make payment but when I login, the status is showing as pending still. Tried contacting @Motawif_SA as they need to ‘safe list email/ID’. Is this going to be resolved??

@Motawif_SA Nobody has responded to me even though I have tried numerous ways of contacting @Motawif_SA - I cannot proceed to the payment although I have the approved email. I have seen from other comments that “email/ID needs to be safe listed”. Can this be done asap please
