Many new condo buildings going up creating more supply. Take a drive in the West Palm/North Palm area. New builds are increasing

@SawyerMerritt She’s got to go. Killing the brand, not once exciting vehicle from GM right now. Cadillac, they all look the same/ too expensive. Camaro is done, corvettes are about to sit on dealers lots. Only good vehicle from them are the big suvs as no other company has them.

@SullyCNBC PPP mostly a hand out to wealthy business owners. Yes, some business needed it, most did not. Can’t blame the businesses and individuals that took advantage of it. Government is the real one to blame. Carried out in a free for all way, no vetting, no financial background checks.

@GuyDealership I would look at it as more people running cars at the auction. I worked in dealer services at manheim pa and can tell you that more cars are being sold this year at the auction then last. Dealers unloading inventory.

@jimcramer Chart is so skewed, working at the auction clearly used car prices are not at the same levels as January 2020. MMR the value car dealers use to determine price is also skewed. It does not reflect no sales only sales. If no one sells it does not adjust. Still has much to come down
