विपक्ष की यही पार्टियां जब सत्ता में आ जाएंगी तो यही मुझे अपने विपक्ष के साथ खड़ा पाएंगी.

केंद्र में जो भी पार्टी विपक्ष में है, मैं उसके साथ हूं. सरकारें बदल जाएंगी, पर मैं विपक्ष में ही रहूंगी.

एक लोक-कलाकार को जनता के पक्ष में रहकर सरकार से सवाल करना चाहिए. यही उसका धर्म है.

मैं अपने धर्म के साथ हूं. मैं लोकतंत्र के साथ हूं.
