Here is what nobody tells you.
Your best ideas do not come at 2am after 12 hours of staring at a screen. They come when your mind is rested, clear and free.
The most productive developers I know work smart, protect their energy and know when to log off.
Working yourself to the ground is not ambition. It is self destruction with a Linkedin aesthetic.
Rest is not laziness. Rest is strategy.

It is crazy how challenging it can get to secure an executive position in a top firm when you are single.
You prepare.
You build experience.
You sharpen your skills.
You position yourself strategically.
You walk into the room confident.
You leave the room qualified.
And then somewhere in the process, something shifts.

Not your leadership ability.

I never imagined that being single could become a silent disqualifier in an executive conversation. Yet here we are.
