@AmericanAir There was no indication of a gate change or any communication at the gate on my mobile boarding pass. I am done using AA after this awful heather of "customer service"
@AmericanAir, One last thing, I am missing an opportunity to instruct children because of your negligence. After being criticized by the gate staff, I would prefer that the way I conduct business be respected rather than have to be justified for any reason to AA employees.
@AmericanAir Not sure why but I constantly have issues with AA. Not to mention the gate attendants were demeaning and unpleasant to work with. You open security checkpoints at 4:30am and have the wrong gate number yet expect people to make their flights at 5:15am? What a joke. Awful service.
Yet again @AmericanAir disappoints. Desk agents referred me to twitter for "better responses." Didn't know I had to communicate like our president for my voice to be heard. Wrong gate on my mobile boarding pass caused me to watch my flight at the gate & depart without me on it.
