Well... I accidentally just deleted today's time lapse footage. So you'll just have to trust me when I say that today's workout was a 20-Min bike ride and 40-Mins of yoga. That's 13 Hours and 20 Minutes of total work for the week. Thanks to everyone who stuck around till the end!
