@wp_rocket @wp_rocket, found the problem. After I spent 10 min filling out the form, it doesn't let me submit, because I'm using the free version. The entire submission form is not behind the account wall. WHY? We're done with WP Rocket. Too many other options with better customer service.

Instead of shooting in the dark on this one, can I just email someone directly? Client is frustrated and ready to ditch WP Rocket. I told them let's wait a little longer.
