@miketgould@JPsGOAT@BarDown If we are talking CHL you have to go Crosby. NHL, it is easily start McDavid.
Screw the people who argue "cups". McDavid has way outperforned Crosby in playoffs as well as regular season..
We are talking individual greatness.
@notthebees87 @BarDown No, probably not.
I want to stress i'm not shitting on him either. He is, as I said, a fantastic player. Just that his hype was he was a lock to be top 10 all time, saying he is top 10 of his generation is likely a stretch.
@ivantweetspucks@jpolly22 Sid honestly was pretty quiet in a lot of his Olympic games.
He came up big when needed but he was never our best player performance wise overall through a tourny.
At this point McDavid is a far better asset to Canada than Sid, and that is not a shot at Sid.
@MinorMidgetGTHL@The0ne_AnOnly@jpolly22 Canada is so far ahead overall that goaltending wouldn't make the difference.
Great goalies lose against better teams all the time. See the Stanley Cup finals for reference.
I think with McDavid, Mackinnon, Makar and company scoring would be no issue no matter the goalie.
@yegbanya@DR3Wheels@JC_Mtl13522093@jpolly22 Huby has no business on a team of the best Canadian players after last year.
I think he turns it around, never anywhere near his peak year in Florida, but worthy of a Canada nod.
Choosing the team today? Nope.
@miketgould@JohnCarlsongang@JPsGOAT@heyHanrahan@BarDown I'm sorry but you're definitely wrong. Drais passing is better than Crosbys ever was, a huge part of that is hockey IQ.
My brother is a huge Pens fan, we watched games together all the time. I saw prime Crosby plenty
Definitely close offensively to prime Crosby.
@VincePoirier15@WhiteSoxSZN@SamuelSommerfe2@TargetAud18@JPsGOAT@miketgould@BarDown Having a good team doesn't make the Q as a whole not way behind the OHL and the WHL.
They are. As far as i'm concerned that is objective
Your point is like saying whatever conference the Stanley Cup winner is from means that conference is automatically as good or better overall
