@PaperF1she@c4ke4ly …but I don't support lesbians who seem to be transphobic. I was simply thinking about the idea of perhaps creating a new term, but it seems that if there is one, nobody uses it and they continue to use "lesbian."
@PaperF1she@c4ke4ly I didn't say "I," because I'm referring to those many lesbians who aren't transphobic but aren't attracted to trans women and are a little bothered by the use of the term "lesbian" by trans women or cis women who like trans women,…
@HOMOSEXUALPROXY@c4ke4ly Maybe I sound too tough, but I'm chill and I'm a bit sarcastic and I talk a little jokingly too. I sound like that in Spanish, but I don't know how my way of speaking comes across in English.
@c4ke4ly SOLUTION: Create another term, PLEASE, leave the lesbian community alone, stop making lesbians feel bad and forcing them to be attracted to an anatomy that doesn't appeal to us. Don't you realize you're harming and invading an entire community?.
@HOMOSEXUALPROXY@c4ke4ly You were the only person who talked to me without arguing and continued the debate, and in the end we reached a similar or neutral conclusion. It was good talking to you 😌.
@HOMOSEXUALPROXY@c4ke4ly Exactly, but there are different types of people, and definitely, from what I noticed in the people in this debate, not everyone knows how to talk or debate with someone who has a different opinion. Instead, they get annoyed and start arguments or are disrespectful.
@HOMOSEXUALPROXY@c4ke4ly Well, I think that would be best, but I've never heard anyone identify their "sexuality" with these terms; I've only seen them used to describe TV shows and things like that 🤔. And since some trans people, non-binary people, and people who are attracted to trans and non-binary-
@HOMOSEXUALPROXY@c4ke4ly they should keep in mind that they might be causing some disturbance and discomfort, because they create a kind of pressure to change. But I suppose that's part of the process. I just wish that trans people would integrate more smoothly, without so much pressure, and with respect
@HOMOSEXUALPROXY@c4ke4ly many people, to the point that it borders on transphobia. In my case, since I don't have a problem with trans people, but I can understand the annoyance of having to change and elaborate when stating one's sexuality, that's why... I decided to talk about this, I just wanted to-
@HOMOSEXUALPROXY@c4ke4ly because the term itself isn't enough to express your sexuality. But, well, if you have to say, "Hi, I'm a lesbian, but a lesbian who likes cis women who identify as women" haha, well, then you have to make a PowerPoint presentation with so much detail 😅, and that's what bothers-
@HOMOSEXUALPROXY@c4ke4ly people and even reduce the transphobia of people who are actually transphobic in different communities. Because by creating a term separate from the base term, you wouldn't be bothering all the people in that community by making them specify their preferences now,
@HOMOSEXUALPROXY@c4ke4ly So I suppose lesbians and gays will have to specify their preferences, since it won't be enough to just say "I'm a lesbian". I was saying and suggesting that creating another term could be a solution because literally doing that would resolve this issue that exists towards trans-
@HOMOSEXUALPROXY@c4ke4ly This problem with trans people will continue in different communities because of the same situation: not accepting being different. It's supposed to be okay to be different; that's what the entire LGBT community is about.
@HOMOSEXUALPROXY@c4ke4ly They are, but they are a different kind of woman; you can't deny reality. It seems not all trans people accept or understand this 🤷. There are trans people who are aware, mature, and understand it. But well, I suppose not everyone is like that (it seems most aren't).
@solemnharbinger@c4ke4ly about trans people. Where is the freedom and respect then? 🤔 Do we have to say yes to everything related to trans people? It seems trans people can demand everything and nobody can oppose it. Is this a dictatorship?
