Today at @icl2023 our PhD student @a_Gorengo won the Poster Prize for his Poster about crossover thermometers. He put a lot of effort into the design of his Poster. Congratulation!

Yesterday was an important day for us at the @icl2023. First, @MarkusSuta talked about non-radiative transitions and later @a_Gorengo and @Tom_Foerster_ presented their posters. Both were very busy during the whole session presenting their research to the luminescence community.

Today some students of @HHU_de synthesized a persistent phosphor while doing their lab course in our group. They were eager to see how the phosphor behaves when it's submerged in liquid nitrogen.
