I used to feel very sad about the imminent end of Ramadan, but then I was surprised by a message that gave me a wonderful feeling of comfort.
(Do not grieve over bidding it farewell, rather thank Allah that He enabled you to reach it, and rejoice and glorify God for guiding you to fast and pray during it...)

Do not bid it farewell, rather take it with you throughout the rest of your year.
"Ramadan" is not just a month, but a way of life and the beginning of change.
Do not bid it farewell, rather make room for it to live with you and for you to live with it throughout the year.
Fasting does not end.
The Quran is not abandoned.
And the mosque is not left behind.
And seeking forgiveness at the time of Suhoor (pre-dawn meal) is a treasure and a cool cloud.
"And worship your Lord until there comes to you the certainty (death)." (Qur'an 15:99)

May Allah accept your devotion. O Allah, Ameen.

We are not certain that Allah has accepted our acts of worship during Ramadan. That is why the righteous predecessors used to say: after completing their fasting, they would spend six months asking Allah to accept their deeds from Ramadan, and then another six months asking Allah to allow them to reach another Ramadan.

This shows how much they feared that their عبادات might not be accepted, despite their efforts.

A believer should not rely solely on their deeds. Rather, they should continually ask Allah to accept their good actions and forgive their shortcomings. For the acceptance of deeds by Allah is the greatest goal after performing acts of worship.

May Allah have mercy on us and accept our deeds in this blessed month.

Someone asked Hassan Al Basri: “what is the secret of your piety?”

He replied, “I understood four things”:

1. I understood my rizq cannot be taken by anyone so my heart is content.

2. I understood no one can do my actions (worship) so i started doing them myself.

3. I understood Allah is watching me, so i felt shame to do wrong.

4. I understood death is waiting for me so i started to prepare for my meeting with Allah
