She was debited on 30th of November after using her debit card on the Zenith bank ATM to withdraw 10k from her account…@PolarisBankLtd and she has visited your branch at Adealu agege for more than a month and the money isn’t reversed back into her account !

He firstly went to your branch at Lagos state around pako axis and the customer care officer said no way he can find his account number and bvn number ,if the account number can’t found how about his bvn number …:he needs to open another bank account and he needs his bvn number
