The contracts are very clear what the obligation of the event organizer is. That coupled with accountability of funds, artists can definitely sue.

The day ‘upcoming’ Artists will come forward and talk about how Amanya has messed them up or treated them horribly and ruined their reputation, maybe the world will be a better place but let me save this war for next year.
