Wow. American Airlines kicked a 2 year old boy with asthma off a plane and had police waiting for him + his mom because a power tripping flight attendant Carl lost his humanity. The last thing you’d do to a child suffering from an asthma attack is force a mask on them.

Here is exactly what happened (I’m still on the flight)…
I thought @americanair was bad before the lockdowns but holy crap, they are abysmal now. Half hour late boarding and now we have to sit on the tarmac for 20 minutes because of some ATC thing. Lots of connections being missed. Folks, air travel is not making the best comeback.
Literally sent me to three different lines just to get bag tags printed only for them not to print because of an “error” and then they send me to customer service who then sends me to another customer service line. Unbelievable incompetence.
