Good day. Please I need assistance. I have applied on online passport renewal in the UK.payment for passport went through with receipt confirmation.but can't complete biometric.not paid for biometrics yet. Tried doing bio metrics several times but gets stock

@nigimmigration @JasparX @akpoyomare_m @BTOofficial I have made payment but can't do biometric,do I just book for an appointment for biometrics on line at the London office
