Good night CT
a lot of sleep apps can tell you how well you slept, but then you’re left wondering what to actually do about it.
that’s what makes @sleepagotchi interesting to me.
after connecting Apple Health, its Sleep Coach can look at things like REM, deep sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate to give feedback that feels more personal.
and it doesn’t stop at showing another sleep score.
it can turn those signals into simple things you can actually try before bed, like breathing exercises, body scans, or calming sounds.
for me, that’s the difference.
tracking tells you what happened.
good guidance helps you understand what to change.
