@PanthersGamer@JBlazkowicz@TheRedDragon So, where is PS Stars then? Why dynamic prices are rewarding those who spend less on their store? Why killing the disc, pissing off thousands and thousands of users?
@ymnis_v1 It's almost like... Having a choice is always beneficial? :O and then, stripping said choice from the consumers is... anti-consumer? :O:O:O:O
@12wayparlay@TheLastRonin714 maybe that's because on pc you have Steam, Epic, Gog, G2A, Instant Gaming etc. and online is free... Ps6 is gonna be a closed platform, a monopoly. They will chose prices and sales, and you will be forced to play by their own rules
@Seaththegod@bayleefmaster@GamesRadar And that's fine! But wait when you guys find out that Sony is gonna regain what they'll lose over this physical debacle squeezing you up
@Seaththegod@bayleefmaster@GamesRadar Start over? I have a Ps5 fat since april 2021, not planning on selling it. Almost 300 ps4/5 games, both physical and digital. PS user since PS2. Millions is far from a stretch: 97 mlns of ps5 units. As per Sony, physical gamers are 15% of it. Add to that the second hand market...
@Seaththegod@bayleefmaster@GamesRadar How is this hypotetical, when they are pissing off literally millions of users just for margins, like right now? I'll vote with my wallet for sure: all-digital landscape? No doubt, I'll migrate to PC... but still, even if it won't affect me, it doesn't mean it's not my problem
@Seaththegod@bayleefmaster@GamesRadar See, that's the point: we are the minority because people think this is a battle physical vs digital. When the disc is gone, who's gonna stop them when they charge you 150$ on their monopolistic store front? this is not about the disc, this is already about consumer choice&rights
@Seaththegod@bayleefmaster@GamesRadar What's the fact, that protesters don't play games? We are sick and tired of Sony's bullshit. That's it. We won't make a blip on the radar? Maybe... When there are no sales and 150$ per game on PS monopoly-store we'll see if the radar starts bliping or not
@TheWalkingDad7@Kabliga@TheColeBrew Are you sure you're defending yourself? What happens to prices and sales of digital games, when you're forced to buy on one and only one store front?
@JohnnyGaming9 in an all digital environment, with a monopoly storefront, digital purchasers become their cattle. No more sales, no keys elsewhere. They're gonna raise their prices and you'll be forced to play only by their rules. Are you sure that doesn't affect you?
