@ionbottles I would like to initiate a refund on my bottle. It arrived super late, it arrived broken or it did not work as described, I was contacted by Andreah to make an adjustment in other to make the bottle work but that just made it worse, I would like a refund.

@UPS when trying to file a claim and upload supporting documents I get an error saying cannot open file chooser

@UPS why can't anyone ever get a hold of someone on the phone? You have a 888 number that never transfers you to a live representative. I have a package that was supposed to have arrived yesterday but there hasn't been any update on the tracking number since the 16th. Help
