@IndiaPostOffice The recipient is a university office. Why is it not delivered? Everybody else got their documents delivered to the addressee using other couriers.

@SBICard_Connect I got a call from SBI card, but there is always a connection issue. It gets disconnected. No one speaks from the other side and disconnects. Very bad customer service.
