Hi @tim_cook why does every call land at iOS service center, even when the issue is with Mac. Every single time I schedule a call for my Mac, I always get the call from iOS dept. You choose any product in the support apple to schedule a call, you will get call only from iOS team.

Don’t buy @dashcams01 products coz if you buy, within a year it will start giving issues and then the best part will come… the customer service.. I can guarantee you will enjoy.. to the extent that you’ll pull all the hairs from your head and think why you bought Makeinindia

@yabhishekhd May be the OEMs are tweaking the OS on a way that the display goes off after the warranty so that consumers are forced to buy new one. They don’t want their product to last long but earn more with short lived expensive phones
