Stevenage FC Recruitment Doc - 2026/2027
70 Pages of where Stevenage are, what a Revell signing looks like and crucially in-depth profiling of 47 potential signings
I don’t expect anyone to read it all. Any thoughts, likes & shares always appreciated

Was always a probability that he'd move on after the season he had, but he leaves after being one of our best performers in the last couple of years. Who we bring in to replace him will be interesting.
All the best to him for the future.
We can confirm that Charlie Goode has left Stevenage FC following the expiry of his contract.
Everyone at Stevenage would like to thank Charlie for all his efforts and commitment in a Boro shirt, and we wish him all the best for the future.
I get why prices have increased, the current financial climate may have forced the hand. But overall communication of the changes, like shifting the concession requirement and instalments only being available in the club shop (with an admin fee), have made this release a mess.
If Arsenal fans went "We had a great gameplan, got unlucky with penalties, oh well", they'd be respected a lot more than they actually are.
Most sensitive fuckers going because they treat everything that goes against them as a crime against humanity.
The referee from about 30 minutes onwards was bizarre, it was like he was genuinely angry at us for the way we were playing
Even neutrals around us were absolutely baffled by it, so many strange decisions, and simply refereeing us and PSG to 2 different standards
PSG are rightly lauded for their style, but there was a different side to them tonight and against Bayern in the second leg of the semis.
Luis Enrique being able to instill that discipline without sacrificing the freedom in what is still a fairly young team is top coaching.
In those 15 years since, we have had:
Playoffs in our first L1 season.
Relegation back to L2.
Playoffs in our first season back in L2.
Relegation to the National League.
A reprieve.
Promotion back to L1.
Playoffs in L1 again.
Can't say it hasn't been boring 😅
15 years ago today...🏆

As the summer window arrives, I take a look at where I feel Stevenage need improving, as well as potential signings that could help raise the level.

@lksbfc I'm leaning more towards a striker who can do the first two things (not necessarily a goalscorer). If we play a 352 more often, having a focal point can allow Reid to play on the shoulder, hopefully playing more to his strengths. Bearing in mind he scored 14 goals this season.
After the retained list, this is what we have to work with going into the summer window. It's a solid foundation, but now it's about fine tuning it and adding real quality. Luckily we're in a position where we can be picky with our signings.
