Good afternoon, @HQNigerianArmy.

The brutalisation of civilians Olatunbosun Taofeek and Rafiu Abdulmalik in the appended videos was done at the behest of one of your soldiers, Adamu Zakari of 243 Battalion, Ibereko, Badagry.

In the first of the videos, Zakari, a Sergeant and known smuggler, can be heard saying “I am there right now and if I had my way, I would kill them”.

And in other videos, he can be heard questioning his victims and ordering another soldier and a Customs officer to whip them.

The Army should not allow smuggler-soldier Zakari and the other soldier go scot-free.
