Subscription businesses are weird.
Some of my most active users canceled surprisingly quickly. Some of my least active subscribers... kept paying. 😅 For about 5 seconds I wondered if I was optimizing the wrong metric. Then I remembered I'd rather build a product people keep paying for because they love using it—not because they forgot to cancel.
Didn't expect this to be so useful:
RevenueCat Rico → tells me what's happening with revenue.
Amplitude Agents → tells me what's happening with retention.
ChatGPT → helps turn both into action items.
Saves me a lot of dashboard digging.

Opened the app twice.
Never came back.
Still paying weekly after 7 months.
A true believer. 😂
Right now, the process is still quite manual. I generate screenshot concepts with AI, then pay a freelancer on Upwork $150 to recreate them in Figma and localize them using plugins. This also allows me to easily make future iterations and edits directly in Figma. Unfortunately, Figma AI still isn't able to accurately convert an image into a fully editable Figma design.
I don't need historical shit to end this war and move to diplomacy. Because it's just a delay tactic. I read no less history books than Putin. And I learned a lot. I know more about his country than he knows about Ukraine. Simply because I have been to Russia – to many cities. And I knew a lot of people there. He has never been to Ukraine this many times. He was only in big cities. I went to small cities. From the northern part to the southern part. Everywhere. I know their mentality. That's why I don't want to lose time on all these things. It's about them. They decided to have such a system. The Russians decided to change themselves. The Russians decided that they needed a new Tsar. It's up to them.
But there is security. There is a big war waged against us. This is our lives. The only thing that I want to speak about with him is that I think that we need to resolve it in the most successful way. I mean to end this war quickly. That is why I want to speak only about such things.
