Hi @TeamYouTube Thank you for successfully restoring my YouTube channel. I really appreciate it.
However, I’ve noticed that all of my public watch hours have disappeared after the channel was recovered. Could you please check if this is a bug or if my watch time can be restored.
🚨I GOT BANNED OFF YOUTUBE FOR 7 DAYS OVER THIS 🚨
YouTube struck & deleted my video for ‘violent graphic content’ over watching a dude kill mosquitoes
Hundreds of insect flamethrower & killing videos stay up fine. Appeal rejected immediately because AI moderation is horrible.
@Danaidh4@luxemiaa "I’d fire you for pointing out our policy is illegal… and the lawsuit would be worth it."
Congratulations, you’ve just written the opening statement for her attorney.
@kiralushia@Voxs_Faegirl You don't need to get involved with the rest of the rumble, just ignore the rest of it and concentrate on your own channel (like you do with Kick and J-site)
I’m honestly shocked and confused. YouTube says my 7-year-old Minecraft channel with 700K+ subscribers violated its spam, deceptive practices and scams policy claiming it tricks viewers into leaving YouTube for another site. Anyone familiar with my content knows that simply isn’t true.
With every response, it feels increasingly clear that not a single human has actually reviewed any of my channels. If they had, they would immediately see that these terminations are unjustified.
Hi ASMR and other wrongly terminated YouTube friends,
I have a lot of safety tips to keep YouTube from destroying your channel after watching countless waves of bans over the years. By profession, I am an analyst, and part of my job is pattern recognition.
One of my tips to further your revenue generation, make your channel seem more "worth it" to YouTube, but also keep your viewers happy is to strategically place mid-roll ads (see photo below).
Like Twitch, YouTube thinks many channels are #deadweight and don't generate THEM enough income to care about... the same income that pays a lot of our bills and keeps food on the table.
I like to place one at the beginning and one at the end. This is probably mildly annoying to my viewers.... but a balance I am willing to endure! It is likely that they will experience another ad when the video switches for the viewer, so the disturbance is hopefully minimal.
Take it or leave it. I just hope the best for my fellow creators at the end of the day. It's a very minor change, but can make a big impact.
With love, Kiki.
Since a lot of people are asking how I managed to get my case escalated to a human specialist team, here’s what I did:
HUGE DISCLAIMER: This does NOT guarantee anything. Every case is different and depends on the initial support review.
Also - I’m still waiting for a final decision, so this is just my experience so far.
I contacted YouTube through their official support form (available to everyone) and used the character limit to include only the most important details about my case.
I received a general response the next day explaining the termination. I then followed up calmly - I explained what my channel content actually was, acknowledged the issue, and asked if my case could be reviewed again.
No spam, no anger - just clear and respectful communication.
If you’re appealing, that honestly matters a lot.

Youtube switched gears from deleting channels to outright erasing the creators, deplatforming them for "sex and nudity" that their automated AI moderation bots probably hallucinated.
@kiralushia (9 years! on the platform) got her main channel deleted with zero strikes and no chance to fix anything. Appeal has been denied. No human reviewed that decision, all replies are automated.
But that was not enough suffering for youtube, so they wiped her second, archive channel, that existed before Kira was a vtuber.
Now under their own policy she can’t even be featured in collabs, songs, or projects... because "herself" is banned from existing on YouTube. She was deplatformed by the service she trusted for 9 years. This is digital erasure of a long-time independent creator. No warning. No transparency. Permanent and total.

Is this really the standard now?

#YouTubeBan #CreatorRights #VTuber #YouTubeTerminated
So apparently Youtube found my old VOD channel and terminated it because "I'm not allowed to possess any old or new channel"
So the entirety of my streaming history is now gone.
Apparently they want to remove me from this world like I don't exist. You're this close to reach your goal, yt.
