@MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia @RAMMOHAN_Naidu @HappyFaresIndia @flyspicejet Airline cancelled the flight, not me. Why should I pay ₹1,650 as a non-refundable gateway fee? No force majeure involved. Please intervene and ensure a full refund. Booking HBCDUCRP.

[HappyFares @HappyFaresindia]

@A_dwivedi @flyspicejet Hi Abhishek, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that the gateway fee is non-refundable, & mentioned at the time of booking. The eligible amount has already been refunded to your original source of payment. @Happyfaresindia.

[Abhishek Dwivedi @A_dwivedi]

@HappyFaresindia @MoCA_GoI @RAMMOHAN_Naidu @DGCAIndia @happyfareIndia This isn’t my fault, yet ₹1,650 is deducted as a payment gateway fee. Airline penalty & HappyFares fee are ₹0. Please intervene and help get my full refund. Booking HBCDUCRP.

[Abhishek Dwivedi @A_dwivedi]

@flyspicejet My flight was cancelled by SpiceJet, but my refund is still pending. Booking was through @HappyFaresindia(Ref: HBCDUCRP).HF says it is “awaiting airline approval.” Please confirm the refund status and release the full refund.Cancelation was an airline initiated.

[Abhishek Dwivedi @A_dwivedi]

@HappyFaresindia @MoCA_GoI @AAI_Official @DGCAIndia This is not my fault, yet ₹1,650 is deducted as a gateway fee. Refund my amount. Booking HBCDUCRP. Please intervene.

[Abhishek Dwivedi @A_dwivedi]

@HappyFaresindia @happyfareindia @MoCA_GoI @AAI_Official @DGCAIndia I’m being penalized with a ₹1,650 deduction as a “Payment Gateway Fee.” Your own refund breakdown shows ₹0 airline penalty and ₹0 HappyFares fee, while ₹18,024 was paid and only ₹16,374 is being refunded.what is my mistake

[Abhishek Dwivedi @A_dwivedi]

@HappyFaresindia @HappyFareIndia Why am I being penalized ₹1,650 when this isn’t my fault? Refund the deducted amount. Booking HBCDUCRP.

[Abhishek Dwivedi @A_dwivedi]

@HappyFaresindia Not received this amount can you send me transfer details

[Abhishek Dwivedi @A_dwivedi]
