@experimilk “that victim is more obsessed than nikki” implied there is a spectrum of effectiveness. further implying there’s a way to have it not be obsessed at all, which is exactly what bear was asking for in his phone call. the point is it’s not supposed to be used on a person PERIOD.
@experimilk i get what she’s saying, i’m saying i disagree and explained my reasoning as to why. i would say to you exactly what i said to her so im not sure if this elaborates on her opinion anymore than the og tweet.
@DomainDead idk, in the first Scary Movie, Brenda gets killed in the exact same way for being a “loud black girl” stereotype. i think they’re just taking shots at everyone, including self-deprecating stuff.
@videoblivion no exactly this would be unbearable. i need that hard cut off from screen to blackness of the room, for it to feel like a separate presentation im being given, not the 4D shit where they include smells and water mist and shaking seats.
@lianotonmain@chunktrunk2 you need to be working on your social skills if you can’t sit beside a stranger for a limited time. have you ever rode the bus? been to an event? i got a great conversation out of it last time i was alone beside a stranger.
@Rye_McBread@chunktrunk2 i prefer to go by myself but i can’t pretend to not understand it. “i want to see this movie, you want to see this movie, we’re going to want to talk about the movie together, would be best to do it with movies fresh in our head, let’s go together and make a thing out of it.”
@chunktrunk2 fr, no dis to shy or introverted ppl because it was a hump i also had to get over, but there is no better place to go for someone who wants to do smth alone and just be invisible for a couple hours. you literally move like a ghost out there alone and it’s awesome.
@cartjams isn’t that kind of a subjective question? especially for movie trivia? “who played ___ in ___” is a trivia question with a definitive answer. “which movie is the most quotable” is completely opinion based.
@StopTweetingMia it’s a cool idea but i think it would also imply that there IS a way to get the one-wish-willow to work a normal amount by his phrasing, when really it’s that it’s not supposed to be used on another person
@StopTweetingMia i disagree because when Ian snaps his one-wish-willow, the billion dollars also happens right away, i think the wish is just immediate
@abitdickensian Belinda feels like the character they should’ve done that with, she explicitly does not want to be there, so if she died, of course the doctor would feel a level of responsibility, and she becomes his companion through trying to save her
@abitdickensian ig it’s hard to imagine the doctor caring enough abt a companion to rescue immediately after death given how desensitized they are to the whole thing, unless it’s an “impossible girl” type of thing. his companions die cuz they know what they signed up for and he keeps it pushing
