Screen on my 3 month old Galaxy Flip 7 failed and both @SamsungUK and @O2 are refusing to repair it under warranty. I have not dropped or mistreated it in any way - phone durability is clearly an issue. Avoid both companies like the plague. Terrible customer treatment.
