@Ford Always been a Ford family, but your customer service isn’t how you treat family. Worst experience ever. Taken car in at least 4xs for same issue. Told I can’t be directly connected to a mgr who’s name is confidential. Had car now 1 1/2 wks waiting on response. #fordcssucks
