I just finished two weeks covering the Late Breakfast Producer role at Radio Stoke, and what a fortnight it’s been! 📻 It’s been incredibly fun, very challenging, and at times quite stressful, but I’m really proud of the work I’ve been able to do 🙌 Hoping they’ll have me back 🤞

Been a while since I did a work update! 📻 Producing the Weekend Mid-Morning show is going great! 🎧 We’ve had big names like Monty Don and YouTuber Angry Ginge on 🎙️ And I’m now the Production Assistant for the Stoke City podcast ‘A Cold Wet Tuesday Night’ ⚽️

It was an honour to be part of the Christmas Coffee Morning for @BBCRadioStoke ☕️ Over 50 Coffee Mornings happening across the city, helping with loneliness this Christmas 🎄 I engineered our outside broadcast, taking the Mids show to two different coffee morning events 🙌📻

Got to Engineer a last minute outside broadcast today in Burslem for @BBCRadioStoke, as we reflected on the state of the town, following its addition to Historic England’s ‘at risk’ list. Went smoothly, and was full of lovely guests and important discussions 📻

🎖️ It was an honour to once again return to the National Memorial Arboretum on Remembrance Day 📻

It was also a nice opportunity to see my own growth, as for the last 3 years I have attended this event, first as a Broadcast Assistant, then as an Engineer, and now as a Producer!

Another busy few days with @BBCRadioStoke! At the weekend I Produced another Liz Ellis Weekends OB, celebrating our community pubs with a visit to The Auctioneers Arms in Caverswall 🙌🍻 then I helped Engineer a special OB for the Big Centenary Tea Party 🎉🫖🍰 Never a dull day!

It’s been an incredible week on the @BBCRadioStoke Birthday Bus, celebrating the Centenary of Stoke-on-Trent 🎉 We’ve done 7 Outside Broadcasts across 6 days, going all over the 6 towns on a bus and doing live shows ON THE MOVE 🚎🚏 An incredible and challenging experience 🙌😊
