ATTENTION EVERYONE IN MEMPHIS TENNESSEE
Tamboli's Pasta & Pizza REFUSED to serve four members of the Tennessee National Guard.
This is the owner, Miles Tamboli.
Would be a shame if everyone in the area knew they kicked out US servicemembers!
If we’re not allowed to publicly accuse people of murder who havnt been charged or found guilty then why is it legal for people to call Karen a murderer after being aquitted?
How is that protected speech?
Jen McCabe Googled “hos long to die in cold” at 2:27am on January 29, 2022 while John O’Keefe was being planted on Brian Albert’s lawn to - wait for it - die in the cold.
@BoozeyBeauty Because when the CORRECT leader(s) get the facts - that Colin planned this little Army enlistment to avoid depositions and impending court cases, one in which he is a plantiff, they will not be pleased. Especially when the dates are provided to his commande
@BoozeyBeauty The person Read’s team needs to reach out to is the commander of the specific training battalion Colin is assigned to. That commander will then reach out to legal and ,if necessary, the commanding general of the training center for guidance. (continued)
This is how easy it is to show receipts of a donation.
So, Jess.
Where are your receipts?
I did this live. Everyone saw it.
You showed cut/paste screenshot. And the numbers didn't match your claim.
Throughout my years on the bench, if I received unsolicited information about a pending case from a parent, grandparent, inmate, friend of a party, or anyone else connected to the litigation, my staff would return the communication without my reviewing it. The reason was simple: ex parte is ex parte. If information is important enough for a judge to consider, it should be presented through the proper court process where all parties have notice and an opportunity to respond. The integrity of the judicial process depends not only on fairness, but on the appearance of fairness.
Karen Read, acquitted last summer of the murder of John O’Keefe, is not only winning in the courtroom but also in the court of public opinion, especially when compared to police. https://t.co/0Ie8ETIUN5
NEW;
Here are the comments from Alan Jackson after today's hearing in Plymouth Superior Court.
It appears Judge Gildea misunderstood my reporting from June 8th at 2:52PM ET, where I covered Michael Proctor's Impoundment motion that was on the public docket at that time.
Guys - I am 99% sure that the judge mixed up Doc 112 (not available to the public, the subject of the courts order on this hearing) with Doc 116 (filed publicly at 2:22 and posted at 2:52, still available right now) this whole time.
BREAKING NEWS🚨🚨🚨:
Former Boston Police Officer Brian Albert --the man who owned the home where John O'Keefe was found dead on a lawn in the early morning hours of 1/29/2022-- was interviewed by the Boston PD Internal Affairs department just 10 days before John's death?
John also worked at BPD in the secretive sex offender registry unit.
This information about that IA interview of Brian Albert, that occurred on 1/19/2022, comes via a new document released as to that BPD IA investigation of Brian Albert, by way of the venerated towel @KyleSharkey8, and can be found on page 11 of 44 here - https://t.co/1YehswvBsh
I don’t think some folks understand that what Lucky is saying is that he came forward because it was the right thing to do - it actually helps prove that @DoctorTurtleboy is not a colluder, he just gave lucky a place to speak the truth when no one else would. If you think it’s some kind of diss on Turtleboy, maybe check your own motivations.
More importantly, Jen McCabe had him on speed dial. I hope that @DoctorTurtleboy verifies this via phone records during the discovery process of the lawsuit against him. I was witness to several phone calls between Jen and Tully. Kate Peter tries to write these off as just a witness in a criminal case having normal conversations with the investigating officer. One call in particular was March 6, 2024 in the parking lot of Barnes & Noble of Walpole, MA after she had me tag along for her stalking adventure of him in Medfield and Dedham. Tim Albert's girlfriend, Lisa, ran inside to use the restroom. I was left in the car with Jen, Lisa's sister Julie Crisello, and Lisa's daughter. Jen called Tully to get information on why Aidan had just went to the Medfield Police with his private investigator. And Tully told her everything. Since when is a witness in a completey seperate criminal matter privy to details about other ongoing investigations? Anyway, they can call me a liar all they want, but every single thing I say can be verified with evidence in a court of law.
Cancelling depositions, avoiding depositions, rescheduling depositions, enlisting in the army because of depositions, panic attacks in the middle of depositions, motion to quash depositions… it’s almost like shit is about to go down around here.
This is a disgrace.
A Gulf War Marine veteran named Albert O’Toole who served this country, took a blast that left him with TBI, and was later diagnosed with Alzheimer’s was beaten by his aide Matthew Cox inside the New York State Veterans Home in Montrose, New York.
His wife Angela Sangro became concerned after seeing unexplained bruises and heavy sedation. She installed a hidden camera. The footage shows the aide yanking food out of Albert’s hands, grabbing him by the neck, throwing him into a chair, punching him, and striking him in the head with a broom while he cried out in pain. No one came to help.
The state fired the abuser.
But the federal VA? Still has him employed. Still paying him while the case drags on.
You make veterans fight through hell just to get the benefits and compensation they earned with their blood and sacrifice. You move fast to cut or reduce what’s owed to them.
But when one of your own is caught on camera assaulting a defenseless veteran? You keep him on the federal payroll like it’s nothing.
@SecVetAffairs you talk about accountability. Here it is. Fire this man from the VA now. No pay. No protection. No more dragging it out.
@SecWar our warriors come home broken from fighting for this nation. They deserve better than a system that protects abusers while making veterans fight for every dollar they earned.
@SpeakerJohnson this is on you too. Oversight without teeth is just theater. Do your job.
This isn’t how you treat the men and women who served. This is a betrayal.
Veterans FIRST.
Zero tolerance for those who abuse them.
Immediate action. No excuses.
If you’re not outraged by this, you’re not paying attention.
Semper Fi.
@TheTankGuns
Absolutely. This is a total lie.
All DOGE did was require contact with the aid recipients to confirm that funds were being used legitimately. Anything less than this is insane!
Multiple people from USAID have been charged by the Justice Department with stealing money.
Moreover, they pled GUILTY!!
