@DPDgroup_news can you please explain how I specifically asked for a parcel to be left in a safe space but have just received a message saying “sorry we missed you”! Of course you did! That was the point of asking you to leave it in a safe space!

@UPS_UK am I the only one to whom UPS never delivers on time? I don’t remember, in the last two years, promptly receiving any thing sent through you! It only every happens after about 2/3 changed delivery dates? It’s shameful.

@UPSHelp where is my parcel. Tracking info is useless. No one is answering phones! Been one week of different delivery dates. My son needs his laptop to actually home school! @AppleSupport please note. Repair done in 48 hours but now one week and @UPSHelp has still not delivered
