If HSM believes the US treatment of Somalis & valid visa holders is unacceptable, continued accommodation projects weakness rather than reciprocity. Sovereign states defend the dignity of their citizens through proportionate response & diplomatic leverage.

Somalia should reconsider the privileges it extends & signal that access & respect move in both directions.
