Thanks @adele for spending 1,255 minutes with me in 2022. I couldn’t stop listening to I Drink Wine. Can't wait to see you on my birthday!! 12/16!!! #SpotifyWrapped https://t.co/1ZJzDJNhcI

Not having your family around to help when you need it, SUCKS.

Officially back at the "cry over nothing" stage of poor mental health. I need help. Here's to hoping it's not months of waiting for an appointment!

How long can you blame depression and anxiety on postpartum? Asking for a friend.

[Allyson 🐞🌻 @a_kane21]

Going to see @Adele on my birthday (12/16)!!!! Best birthday gift ever!!

Anyone else actually throw their kids toys away after asking them 3 times to pick it up and warning them it will be in the garbage or am I just mean?

[Allyson 🐞🌻 @a_kane21]

Jealous of everyone who gets to go "home" for multiple days/weeks. 😭

[Allyson 🐞🌻 @a_kane21]

I love planning my kids birthday parties!

Moving away = 100% recommend. Moving across the country from all your friends, family and support = not recommended.

I have so many emotions in my head I don't even know how I'm feeling.

[Allyson 🐞🌻 @a_kane21]

Sometimes I still cannot believe that I have a baby (almost 1!!) And I'm married (almost 2 years!!)

[Allyson 🐞🌻 @a_kane21]

I miss my friends and family, especially when the days are nice and I would like company.

[Allyson 🐞🌻 @a_kane21]

All these babies born right before Mabel are turning one and im starting to panic! Time goes way too fast!!!!

[Allyson 🐞🌻 @a_kane21]

Love when adults talk shit about other adults to children. That's pretty damn low. Keep your opinions to yourself! Jealousy is UGLY. #jealousy

I'm getting surgery tomorrow and I am so scared. Praying and hoping everything goes as it should and that I will recover quickly

[Allyson 🐞🌻 @a_kane21]

I have had a fever since 2/17 and I don't know how much longer I can take this.

[Allyson 🐞🌻 @a_kane21]

Moving away from all your family and friends is not a big deal until you absolutely need help and no one is there. 😭

[Allyson 🐞🌻 @a_kane21]

My thoughts are a dangerous place right now. Post partum depression and anxiety are no joke.

[Allyson 🐞🌻 @a_kane21]

2022 has been so shitty so far that I am unsure how I will make it to the end of the year.

Me: moving to Florida will help with my seasonal affective disorder.
My brain: 😂😂😂😂😂
