@Jane0ra Thank you sweetie 🥺 I'll see what works best for me. Unfortunately we don't have a "pure" formula for injectable Estradiol Valerate, we have only Algestone Acetophenide and Estradiol Enanthate. It does feel more effective than pills, but I worry about long term side effects 😭

@Jane0ra God really has its favorites, you're gorgeous 🥺. Our hrt regime is roughly the same, but I take injections instead. Maybe I could try gel for a while and I absolutely should work out a little bit more.
