@blinkitcares This @letsblinkit scooty wasn't even registered and had no registration number on which a case could be registered. @letsblinkit manager used this situation to pin the entire incident on the four wheeler!! @MORTHIndia there should be regulations on delivery boy ridden 2 wheelers!
