@progressive so y’all are essentially punishing the customer for something the company forgot to confirm? Why was this never addressed when creating to policy to begin with? I also switched my license BEFORE insurance so I actually WAS licensed.

Extremely disappointed w\ @progressive. Switched states. Never asked for my new state license but cancel the policy a month later b/c you’re using my old states license. Goes up $50 for “gap in insurance.” Cant reduce it back cause “notice already went out.” 😐
