Congrats to Adelyn Messick on her 4th place finish at the 2026 State Championship meet. Messick threw a 2 meter personal best mark in prelims which carried over to finals to solidify her All-State honors. 🐻⬇️

Districts Track Meet!!
Took 🥇 in discus and earned the district championship title with a PR of 36.57 shortly after taking 🥈 in a very competitive shot-put lineup with another PR of 11.83. Congratulations to all who qualified this weekend and see you at sectionals!

Happy track season everyone! It’s been a great first week and I’m thrilled to say that I have already hit two HUGE personal records! The first being in shot with a throw of 10.51! The second being in discus with a massive 5 meter jump from 24.77 to 29.88!

Another great indoor meet! Today I threw a PR in the weight with a mark of 13.48 and took 1st. This also made me the #8 sophomore in the country and placed me on the national ranking list! I threw 9.6 in the shot also taking 4th place.

Meet at Principia College today! Seeing all the girls was so fun and everyone did so good! I got third in shot with a mark of 9.84 and then second in weight throw with a mark of 11.60.
