I am stranded in London with 2x small children while @Se_Railway trains on the Hastings line are repeatedly cancelled throughout the afternoon & now indefinitely into the evening without any indication of future service. Presumably we can delay-repay taxis from Tonbridge onward?

@bbcsoutheast Hey. Thanks for the piece. The situation is deteriorating & massively exacerbated by a communications vacuum. People can cope with mistakes but we need a plan. And none is forthcoming. Schools shut after an already rubbish 3x years. Pls can you push them for an honest timeline??
