@CA_EDD is there any way to get through on the phone? Im calling repeatedly starting at 8am & “max # of callers” is always reached. My Dr. confirmed disability 1/17. I should have received a check by ~1/31. How can I get an update/confirmation?

@CA_EDD I’m getting *targeted ads* for PFL, but can’t get through to anyone abt SDI. It’s been 2+ mo of confusion, hrs wasted on hold, paperwork to prove motherhood for an unnecessary appeal, more paperwork to verify my address. How can I get my SDI check & move on to PFL?

@united also, when you send out flight notifications, make sure they're accurate pls. If sending a delay, update if flight changes back.
