Vori, posa, isa all have significant drug sequestration, and Ampho B as well. Higher lipophilicty and protein binding = greater drug sequestration. Given the severity, would favor using higher dosing

Pfizer is ~90% effective against delta. AstraZeneca is ~70%. This is similar to effectiveness against other variants, including alpha.

@transplantID Those two cases completed HD GCV with no UL-97 reemergence! Hindsight, it would have been nice to know the exact codon mutation in each b/c of high-level vs low-level GCV resistance for future management
