-Kenyans joined the proceedings online, shouting #StopAdani and #RejectAdani (I posted the video earlier).

-Justice John Chigiti announced that the court will determine whether the case will be handled by a bench with an uneven number of judges, with a ruling on this issue expected by October 25 (MARK THIS DATE).

-Adani's defense argued that the case brought against them was premature, as the proposal is still in its feasibility phase. The firm also requested that the case be dismissed, arguing that it falls under the jurisdiction of the Public Private Partnership Petition Committee, not the High Court.

-Please follow every step of these proceedings. And until the fat lady sings, it is not over.
