Ukraine finally stop playing nice with putin’s Trojan Horse, Viktor Orbán.

Ukraine has officially run out of patience with the double-dealing and obstructionism of Viktor Orbán’s regime.
Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha signaled an end to the "polite silence" that has defined Kyiv’s approach to Budapest, vowing that Ukraine will no longer turn a blind eye to Hungary’s relentless anti-Ukrainian rhetoric and its blatant service to Russian interests.

The era of Ukraine absorbing Orbán's insults for the sake of European optics is over. Minister Sybiha made it clear that every "unfriendly step"—whether it’s blocking vital aid or echoing Moscow’s talking points—will now be met with a decisive, proportional response.

“The days of 'non-noticing' are finished. We are calling things by their proper names now," Sybiha stated, implying that Ukraine will no longer indulge the fiction that the Hungarian leadership is acting in good faith.

The Foreign Ministry also slammed the Orbán administration’s desperate attempts to use Ukraine as a "bogeyman" to scare Hungarian voters. Sybiha condemned the cynical tactic of dragging a nation fighting for its survival into Hungary’s domestic political theater.

Ukraine is refusing to be a prop in Orbán’s campaign of fear and disinformation. If Budapest continues to treat its neighbours existential struggle as a tool for electioneering, they should expect a diplomatic backlash that hits back just as hard.
