@UnionBankTweets we've been going to branch to get the access for internet banking but hasn't got yet. The account is a Current Account of a Trust and I've shared all the required documents from my end. Yet we're not provided with the services.

We need it for making RTGS/NEFT.

The staffs are way to lethargic and so is the Branch Manager. I haven't seen such an incompetent Branch Manager in my life.

I visited the branch on 14th May and raised the cancellation request and today when I opened the application I'm seeing again this reversal request has been generated. It is quite frustrating and unprofessional @bajajlife_in @policybazaar @PBHelpDesk !

Who is my agent he raised the cancellation reversal request from my end without taking my consent.What kind of behaviour is this. @PBHelpDesk, @policybazaar Please look into this and get the policy cancelled.

I contacted Bajaj Life and they said it was done by my agent.

The agent never contacted me this is highly unprofessional. Please get this checked.

I've raised my request to cancel the policy and haven't got the refund yet when I tried to check it with the Insurance company, I was told no such cancellation request has been raised it's been more than 10 days since I raised request.
