You can't board the train with a waitlisted ticket. But you gotta cancel it if, after the chart's made, one ticket's confirmed and the other isn't, 30 mins before it leaves. Otherwise, @IRCTCofficial won't give you a refund. Useless system to generate revenue @AshwiniVaishnaw
