After a small car accident yesterday and today high heat. I am so glad to see some ray of sun through @chattyman new series of Changing Ends on @ITV . I squealed when I saw series 2, I been dying for the new series after binge the first series.

Day 3 working on walking for a mile each day. My goal is to make it to 5 miles with somewhat ease. Working on building my strength to walk in Germany 🇩🇪 when I head there this December

I have struggled with my weight since puberty. But now I plan to change it and start building my strength back up and get healthy. I want to give a shout out to @ThatKevinSmith for sharing his journey which has inspired me to take a step towards getting into shape.
