@hopper the price freeze option, which I purchased for $100+ is not worth it. Please, please for the love of God spend your money elsewhere. I'd rather they charge a bit more and give credible service than screw ppl over.

I repeat, do not use @hopper to purchase. It's great to check price flights, but do not for any reason purchase through them. Saving $100 is not worth the headache.

@hopper has absolute horrendous customer service. I've spent literal thousands through the app, and I am patiently waiting 2+ years for a refund even though I purchased VIP. Not to mention, there's absolutely no way to get in touch with customer service unless you book VIP.

It's super frustrating as Instagram has no open communication lines, i.e no customer service you can dial into or a live chat where you can speak with a representative. You have to filter through a Help Center and even then I can't submit the forms as it won't let me.

My account got disabled because apparently I was impersonating myself which absolutely makes no sense so when I go to submit my ID to prove that it is in fact me I can't do that either. What exactly am I suppose to do here?
