Strange part is I received a code(otp) to share with team.
How come they were able to close it without the otp?

I have raised complaint regarding my refund on disconnection of Wi-Fi and mesh.
I have written mails to your team to which I am only getting dates and processes as a reply.

Nobody is confirming the amount to be refunded.
